It was a wonderful experience riding on a boat in the canals of Amsterdam. You get to see Amsterdam‘s nice architecture. A very friendly guy called Spencer helped us getting ready for the boat. There are a few route options and he explained them all. Throughout our ride we had a few little problems which were immediately solved by Spencer. I just want to thank Boaty for this nice experience and Spencer for being so helpful and making this experience possible.

Boaty was our first rental boat experience in Amsterdam, we were completely satisfied despite the rain. Spencer - a very friendly guy- gave the instructions, proposed a route and was always reachable by phone in case we had troubles. Thank you Spencer and Boaty for this wonderful experience.

Vooraf hebben wij ons bij de organisatie vooral druk lopen maken of alles wel goed zou verlopen. De medewerkers haalden deze druk bij ons weg en hebben voor een geweldige dag gezorgd. Er lagen netjes 10 boten voor ons klaar. Aan de schippers werd vooraf een duidelijke uitleg gegeven en bij minder mooi weer konden we een poncho pakken. De route was prachtig en wij hadden een quiz bijgeboekt waarbij er leuke en originele vragen werden gesteld. Wij komen hier met het bedrijf (of privé) zeker nog eens terug!!

Well maintained and prepared eBoats for a 3h excursion. Could be 2km/h faster to utilize the speed limit. We used about 10min longer for the round trip, even with only a short break, but the short overtime was no issue.

In late July my family had a fantastic experience with Boaty! Berend set us up with a boat and some advice on where to go-- we spent 3 hours exploring Amsterdam's old city from its canals. A beautiful way to see the city. Highly recommended.

A local friend highly recommended this company so we rented a boat here. And it turned out to be the best thing we did in Amsterdam. The boat was easy to drive and their staff were friendly and patient. Highly recommend!

Wir waren heute zu viert mit unseren Jungs bei Boaty. Doris war sehr freundlich und erklärte uns ganz entspannt wo drauf wir achten sollen in den Grachten. Das Boot hatte viel Platz für uns. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Fahrt durch die Grachten war echt schön. Durch die ruhige Fahrt konnte man viel entdecken und wir hatte eine ganze andere Sicht auf Amsterdam. Super. If you are looking for the best boat deal in Amsterdam, this is the place!!!The boats are easy to manage and for max 6 ppl. 4 hrs you get for eur 79. Staff is friendly and they will help you in the case something goes wrong regarding the boat.

The boats are the slowest that can be found on any of the canals (even with the full-speed, we have been "left in the dust" by literally everybody else :D), but easily maneuverable and such a joy to ride. One of the cheapest ones you can find, too.The fact that the start/end is outside the main network of the canals actually comes in handy if you're riding for the first time, because you have just enough time to practice turns and counterbalancing the wind before the canals get narrower.Great communication by the staff. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Hello, here are the 2 guys who borrowed the boat this week, I really have to say the service and reliability are really great. We booked for 3 hours, but unfortunately got lost due to the extensive canal area of Amsterdam and came back to late. Everything was not a problem. Ich kann Boaty wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! Eine super liebe Mitarbeiterin hat uns am 11.9 bestens in das Boot eingewiesen und uns die möglichen Touren empfohlen. Das Gedamtpaket stimmt einfach. Wir hatten 3 Stunden unsere Privatsphäre auf dem Wasser in einer so belebten Stadt und konnten gleichzeitig Sightseeing machen. Der Preis ist allemal gerechtfertigt - besonders cool ist auch, dass Verpflegung mitgenommen werden darf 🚤💙I can only recommend Boaty! A really nice colleague gave us a good introduction to the boat on the 11th September and recommended the possible tours to us. The whole trip was amazing. We had 3 hours of privacy on the water in such a busy city while sightseeing at the same time. The price is definitely justified - it is also particularly cool that you can take food with you 🚤💙

I've probably recommended Boaty over 100 times to friends, family, and complete strangers - really, anyone who will listen. The boat trip we took a few years ago (my mom, my boyfriend, and me) was charming and fun and for sure the highlight of that particular visit to Europe. The price for that experience seemed to be a reasonable value, even split among just three people. I loved the thrill of determining our own path (using the Boaty map), figuring how to navigate the boat, and exploring at our own, slow pace with conversations instead of listening to commentary. We had some funny moments and bonded over our (my) minor mishaps (two very slow 360s on the Amstel) 😎

We had a great time on our boaty last month with family over, I have just booked our next one for July!!Much cheaper then other rental companies in Amsterdam! Slightly smaller boat but easier to steer. Can't wait for our next adventure on the canals! Best way to see the city, we even got a sneaky view of the giraffes and elephants� at artis �

Had a Fantastic time renting a boat from Boaty tonight. Guido did a great job of explaining all the rules and giving us the best tips on where to go and what to see. The rates were very reasonable, the boat worked great, was perfect for our family of four. Very relaxing, brought drinks and snacks - highly recommend Boaty - Thanks again Guido, we had a wonderful time. :-)
